General Information

MMSS offers the Cambridge A level which is moderated in Nigeria by the British Council. The examination is conducted by the University of Cambridge Examination Board. Students focus on studying three or four subjects.

Cambridge A level is an internationally recognized qualification and is acceptable by universities. In Nigeria, it provides a route for direct entry into 200 level in Nigerian universities.

MMSS offers the two-year A level programme. This programme is completed in two segments over two academic years. Each segment is held for a complete academic year. The first segment is called the Advanced Subsidiary (AS) level, while the second segment is called the Advanced (A) level.
Commencement dates for the programme are January and September of each year.

Entry Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) credits in any of the following:
  • West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE);
  • National Examinations Council (N.E.C.O) Senior School Certificate Examination.
  • International General Certificate of Secondary Examination (IGCSE)
